About Baiyun Education Group

Baiyun Education Group was established in 1989, with a total asset of RMB 50millions. According to the Group’s developing strategy, from 2005 to 2010, the Board of Directors will develop another piece of land about 1 million square meters, and invest RMB 50millions into its construction building the Group bigger, better and stronger.

The Group carries out the multidivisional type of organization, the Board of Directors and its functional departments are called Group Headquarter, the Institutions and Companies are operating divisions. The Group now has five operating divisions, they are: Guangdong Baiyun University, Guangzhou Baiyun Industrial and Commercial Senior Technical School, Guangzhou Baiyun Technician Institute, Guangdong Baiyun Undergraduates Services Co., Ltd., Guangdong Baiyun Education Logistics Co., Ltd. There are seven functional departments directed under the Group: General Office, Human Resource Department, Financing Department, Auditing Department, Material and Equipment Department, Purchasing Department, Safeguard and Security Department.

The Board of Directors of the Group is on the top of decision-making and the supreme authority body.

The Chairman (or Vice Chairman) is the legal person of each operating divisions.

The Directorate is the top management body in the Group.

The Directorate is comprised of Chairman, Vice Chairman, CFO, Presidents and General Managers.
